Digital proofs will be provided for approval before printing. Once approved, you are responsible for any errors. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.
Production times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current workload. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
We will arrange delivery of completed orders. Delivery times and costs will be confirmed at the time of order. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
We strive to deliver high-quality printing services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review each case individually and may offer reprints or refunds at our discretion.
